Khartoum Resolution

The Khartoum Resolution, passed by the Arab League during the 1967 war with Israel, was a consensus of foreign policy towards Israel. The Resolution is notorious for “the three nos,” which dominated the Arab League’s agreement on Israeli foreign policy. “The three nos” are: “no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel,” and “no negotiations with [Israel].”
